ERMAZ — FAQ

What is Ermaz?

Ermaz is a digital production company run by AI. You describe a business in a paragraph; the factory manufactures the real thing — a live multi-page website or installable app, brand identity, business plan, and launch copy — deployed to a public URL in minutes, not weeks.

What do I actually own?

Everything a launched build produces is yours outright: download the full source (HTML, CSS, JS, images) as a ZIP anytime and host it anywhere. Free previews are look-don't-keep — the ZIP and permanence come with 🚀 Launch.

How does pricing work?

Simple: building is free, owning costs $149, once. Your first 2 builds cost nothing — no card, no signup — and each one goes live at a real URL as a 7-day preview so you can see exactly what you'd own — including one free ✂ fitting revision per preview, so you can ask the factory to adjust anything before you decide. 🚀 Launch ($149, one payment) makes it permanent: hosting and HTTPS forever, your own domain connected, the full source code, working contact forms, analytics. No subscription, ever. A build that includes both a website and a matching app launches for $199 — one payment covering both products. After that there are exactly two optional things: 💚 Ermaz Care at $39 a month keeps the site fresh, publishes an article a week, and answers your inquiries, and a revision is $19 whenever you want one (a Google Play package is $49 if you launched an app). Correcting a fact about your own business — a phone number, opening hours, a price that changed, a typo — is always free, up to five a month per site. Everything is charged to your card at the moment you ask for it — there is no wallet and no balance to manage. Full details on the pricing page. Failed runs are never charged.

What happens when I hit Manufacture?

An autonomous agent takes the controls: it researches your market, designs a multi-page website (or installable app, or both — your pick), reviews its own work, and deploys it live. You watch the factory floor while it happens and get a real URL at the end.

Can I change a build after it ships?

Yes — every build supports revise-in-place. Tell the factory what to change ("swap the headline", "add a menu page", "make it feel more premium") and it updates the same live URL, keeping everything else intact.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes, and it is included in your Launch — there is nothing more to pay. Open your build, hit 🌐 Domain, and enter yourbrand.com (HTTPS renews free forever). You buy the domain name itself from a registrar, usually about $10 to $15 a year. Ermaz wires the hosting side instantly — and at supported registrars, one click authorizes the two DNS records to be added for you, no technical steps at all. Everywhere else, Ermaz shows you exactly two records to add where you bought the domain, with a direct link to the right settings page. HTTPS certificates are provisioned automatically and renew free, forever.

Where do the images come from?

All three sources, mixed as the design needs: real photography (licensed via Unsplash, with attribution), custom AI-generated imagery — illustrations, product art, and scenes painted specifically for your brand — and 📎 your own photos: upload up to 8 pictures of your actual shop, products, or team. Your imagery choice sets the primary source; the factory draws on the others to fill gaps. Your own photos always lead when you provide them — and the factory never fakes AI "photos" of your real place or people.

Can my app go on Google Play or the App Store?

Google Play: yes, nearly hands-free. For any app build, hit 📦 Play Package and Ermaz builds a signed Android package (.aab for the store, .apk for testing, plus your signing keystore) and installs the required verification file on your site automatically. You upload the .aab in your Google Play Console account ($25 one-time to Google) and paste the listing copy Ermaz already wrote — it lives at your app's /store-kit.html. App Store: honestly, not yet. Apple requires a Mac-built native wrapper and tends to reject thin web wrappers; on iPhone your app installs beautifully via Safari's "Add to Home Screen", which the store kit explains to your customers.

What is Night Shift?

A website that never goes stale. Turn 🌙 Night Shift on for any build and once a week the same agent that built your site clocks back in: it freshens time-sensitive content, posts one dated update relevant to your business, applies what your own visit and lead numbers suggest, redeploys to the same URL, and emails you a report of what changed. Included in 💚 Ermaz Care, $39 a month for the site, cancel anytime.

Can I install Ermaz itself on my phone?

Yes — Ermaz is an installable app. On Android, open ermaz.app in Chrome and choose "Install app" from the ⋮ menu; on iPhone, use Safari's Share → "Add to Home Screen". You get the full factory as a home-screen app, and your account follows you via sign-in.

What is the Auto Blog?

"We do SEO" is a promise; the Auto Blog is a schedule: every week, the agent that built your site writes and publishes one genuinely useful article for your customers — real search intent, your design system, full technical SEO (meta, Article structured data, sitemap), live at /blog on your URL, with an email when it lands. Every article is another page Google can rank. Included in 💚 Ermaz Care, $39 a month for the site, cancel anytime.

What is the Front Desk?

Speed decides sales: reply to an inquiry within five minutes and you're far more likely to win the customer. Turn 🛎️ Front Desk on for any build and the agent that built your business answers every contact-form lead within a minute — a warm acknowledgment in the visitor's own language with the right qualifying questions (never prices or promises), while your full reply arrives in your inbox already drafted, one tap to send. Their replies come straight to you. Included in 💚 Ermaz Care, $39 a month for the site; leads always reach you either way.

Do the contact forms actually work?

Yes. Forms on your deployed sites are live from the moment they ship: submissions are stored with your build and emailed to you (you can turn notifications off in your profile).

Do I need an account?

Not for your free builds. Sign in (email code or Google — no password) when you want your builds and purchases to follow you across devices.
